Pi-100 series is thermoplastic polyimide molding grade material, suitable for hot molding method molding products. PI1001 and PI1002 are pure resin, the products have outstanding electrical insulation performance, can be widely used in high temperature insulation parts; Fine powder can also be used for PTFE, graphite and other composite materials, or surface coating use. PI 130CF and PI 130GF are respectively carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyimide composite materials. The mechanical properties of the formed products are more outstanding, the high-temperature resistance is also improved to a certain extent, and they have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The material can be applied to the structural parts and wear parts of the aerospace, chemical and mechanical industries under bad working conditions.
